Hello,

Please deactivate all the third party plugins and check back.

If the issue still occurs then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Hi!
I have 2 vesions of Woodmart: free and paid. Why are some menu options (such as gategories, tags, ets.) missing in paid theme. Please look at comparison in screenshot.

Hello,

All the third party plugins are still activated on your website. Please deactivate all the third party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

I cannot disable the plugins because the site is working and there are users online

Hello,

You have to deactivate the plugins for me to troubleshoot the issue for you.

If you don’t want to deactivate the plugins on the live site then create a staging site and provide the login details.
