preset does not work in translation

To display our video blog I created a option preset with the name Blog page video. In this preset I set some css rules. For example I don´t want to display the h3 header:
h3 {
display: none !important;
}
This rule works fine in the German version of the page but does not have any effect on the English version though there are the same h3 headers.

I also set up an image as page background which is displayed in the German version but not in the translation.

Additionally the page loads very badly in both language versions. I tried it with different browsers. The content is not displayed and I have to reload the page before I see something.
