Age Verify Pop-up – General display issue

    Dear,

    The AGE VERIFY pop-up appears only few seconds AFTER the complete loading of the page. Between this time, there is like 1 or 2 seconds in which the user can naviguate and scroll down the page.

    As the user scrolls, the age verify pop-up won’t appear to the user. The page will grey out but the pop-up is only up in the screen. You may answer me that this is not a real user scenario, but YES it is. Nowadays, all users want a website loading very fast where they can scroll very fast, so it’s a REAL case.

    Solution? The pop-up should be a layer/level up, meaning that the pop-up should appear fixed on the screen (no matter if the user has scrolled or not).

    Hello,

    Any popup appears due to JS code that is loaded as soon as the site has been completely uploaded. Even though you see all the content site finishes the upload and then appears the popup.

    We cannot chat, unfortunately.

    I’d like to try to exclude the Woodmart JS files related to this from Defer JS/Delay JS (in WP Rocket).

    Do you have any idea which Woodmart files are related to Age Verify Pop-up ? Thanks

    We will add them to the exception in the nearest update.

    I see, thanks.

    Can you let me know how exactly you will add them to the exception? Because there is no Defer JS / Delay JS in Woodmart, those features are from WP Rocket. How would you be able to add them to the exception?
