Product Attribute filters doesn’t work properly

Let’s say we have a product that it is assign to that the size attribute with the follow values: small, medium and large
Those variables are not all “in stock” status. Only Large is in stock.
The filters works, fine but the filters check the assigned values of the product, NOT the in stock values. So the results on a product category page are incorrect.

We understand your concern but it is how it works in the WooCommerce plugin by default. Our theme can’t influence this. You can check with a default WordPress theme and see the same problem.

Even if it is not theme problem, Do you know any possible solution for that?
Sorry, but we don’t have any solution to this. You might need to perform some additional code customization or contact WooCommerce developers for help.
