Search field not in dropdown layer

Hi
how can I get rid of the search dropdown layer (that shows the search field) and use the search field in the menu aside the lens icon (near “account” link)?

That dropdown (to me) is counterintuitive and need 1 or more actions to start searching.
I ust want the search field to be always visible and usable, in the navbar or somewhere else
