Problem with megamenu

Hi, I’ve a problem with side megamenu included with “e-commerce” header.

I’ve a lot of main categories and subcategories, so when I add this to menu and set “full-witdh” layout in menu settinh, initially I see all categories in full-witdh design. Then, when I add a lot of subcategories only 3 main categories remain with the full-width layout and other return in default layout. If I try to set another time in full-width, it remain in default after I save changes.

It’s a limit, a bug or a setting question?

Hello,

Thank you for the question.

If you mean that you can’t save your menu properly in Appearence -> Menus so it is most likely because of your server limitations. You can fix it by increasing max_input_vars PHP parameter on your server. If you don’t know how to do this yourself you need to contact your hosting providers for help.

Hi there,

We have a similar problem:
As long as there are 4 categories in the megamenu everything is ok.
As soon as we add the 5th category, it is not saved as ‘full-width’ but as ‘default’.

Is this a license issue?

Hi,
