Critical error

    Hi there,

    After installing the update I’m not able to adjust theme settings anymore. When I click on Product Archive (for example) nothing happens. I can’t change anything. Looked for errors and found one below. Don’t know if it is related..

    I get a critical error. Put the details in Private content part

    Can you help?

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

    Critical error is not so critical, I understand?

    Problem is still there (tried to log in to 2 computers) In the theme settings, when I want to adjust options for Product Archive and I push this button (menu option), nothing happens. Can’t change the options.

    This is different after updating. I understand you can push the menu options ‘ product grid, product styles etc..’ succesfully?. I can only show you a screenshot of the menu

    Try to go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher and apply the patch 357913. Let us know if the problem remains.
