Updating WoodMart theme to 6.3 – Update option missing & no Core plugin

Trying to updated WoodMart theme to new version 6.3. Have read the update guide at https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/ but need some help please …
My “Woodmart theme” is activated (see screenshot attached)
I have customized the theme using the WoodMart Child theme
Issue 1 – When I look at Dashboard – Appearance – Themes, it shows “WoodMart Child” as active and “Woodmart” as inactive (see screenshots). When I click to enter the WoodMart Child “page”, there is no “Update Available” message or “Update now” link there (see screenshot attached)
Issue 2 – When I look at Appearance – Install (plugins), there is no WoodMart Core plugin in the list
Please advise on both issues above

OK. Yes please. I have provided the access info
Now you should be able to update the theme. You will find our WoodMart core plugin update option after this as well.
Both issues resolved!
When I clicked to enter the WoodMart (non-Child) theme “page”, the “Update Available” message and the “Update now” link were visible. Did the update and it seemed to complete OK
After I did the above, the WoodMart Core plugin had become visible in Appearance – Install (plugins). Did the update and it seemed to complete OK
