    Hi
    I have designed and run the website with woodmart theme last week.
    However, I can not update the theme now. would you please assist in this case

    Please, describe to us your problems in a bit more details. Attach some screenshots and provide us with a list of steps on how to reproduce them on your website.

    Please see attached screen shots for your reference.
    Theme needs update when I click on update I get the error as shown in the image.
    further, Woodmart Dash Baord is not the same as it should be according to Xtemos website.

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    It looks like you didn’t follow those steps. The license tab is currently disabled on your website. Please, try to enable it and go through all the steps again.

    I did it manually.
    The problem is I can not see complete sections of woodmart theme e.g. there is no tab showing to enter license or import dummy content. I have another website that is also built using Woodmart. I can see all buttons but on this website I can not all complete functions. attach is for your reference.

    PS: I downloaded a theme from Theme forest where it says installable WordPress files.

    Make sure that these sections are not deactivated in Theme Settings -> White label.
