Can’t choose product variant or click on tabs

When I add an item to cart I get the following error message:
“Please choose a product variant by going to <product name>.”

When I click on of the product tabs (additional information, reviews etc.) a # is added to the URL. See attached screenshot.

I don’t know why this is happening. I have updated the theme, all the plugins, and used troubleshoot mode to deactivate all themes and plugins to see what’s causing this, but can’t find the source.

Could you help me?

Another thing: this doesn’t happen to all products, but only a few random products. I don’t see any correlation between them, since they are all made the same way.

Sorry for the delay.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Let us know if the problem persists. Most likely there is a plugin conflict.
