Single Product Extra Options Under Add to Cart Button

Is it possible to add an extra content option for individual products in the position “after add to cart” .
I know this position “after to add to cart ” can have content for all products but I want the option to add in this area for each individual product

So how do I customise a specific product only using this method ?
Just tried this with Post ID = Equals = Product. name.
What I did was edited the content that appears after the add to cart button.
I already have a global html that appears after the add to cart button, but I wanted a specific html_block for certain products…
When I did the above it removed the add to cart button and exisiting html block set globally to appear after the add to cart option…
So I take it this method will not work ?
