Scroll does not work on mobile

Hi, when I visit my web from the mobile phone, I am not able to scroll page at the place that you can see on the screenshot. When I touch it with finger, it does not move.
What can be the issue please?

As we can see, you are using Slider Revolution for that section and it seems that it blocks the scroll. Try to remake it with WPBakery page builder. That would be much better for the performance and you will not face this problem.

Or is there way to unblock scroll in Slider?
Just remove this slider from your home page completely. And on its place, put a row with WPBakery and add your images and texts.
