X temos not working on my elementor.

I am trying to use multiple xtemos feature but none of them seems to work!
I cant import. I cant use it.

As you can see I have attached two files.
When I go to edit any page, and try to import Xtemos templates,
All I got is empty fields.
My all earlier templates are also not visible.
The Problem is : my website is not showing any Xtemos tempaltes like product gallery, caraousels etc.

I have checked with disabling other plugins and checked on other theme as well. I am unable to use/import Xtemos templates.
As we can see, you have an outdated version of the Elementor plugin. Try to update it to the latest version or reinstall the plugin completely.
