This gap appears as you have set hiding out-of-stock products from the grid in Woocommerce > Settings > Product.
In order to align content on the same level on the Blog page, you need to upload images of the same size and proportion, configure the length of Excerpt in the Theme Settings > Blog, and compose titles of the same length. If you cannot make the title the same length, we will give you custom CSS to make the title height equal.
