I cannot add template with WPBakery Page Builder

Hello I cannot add template with wpbakerpage in Frontend Editor mode for one of my page. The icon just keep rotating but nothing happens, it used to be working before so what happened?

Please, update the theme to the latest version 6.3.1. If it doesn’t help, please, send us your admin access so we can check.

I don’t know how to update the theme, is it updated automatically? There is no remind in the admin area that 6.3.1 is available. I am learning how to create a admin access for you.
Can you tell me how can I update the theme? or could you describe how can I give admin access for you? I created a user in my admin area with your email: [email protected] but it said the email can not be sent.

This documentation is not useful for me. The theme was activated from beginning with purchase code and there is no reminds of “Update Available” in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes. Please check the screenshot.
