single product page error

    I am facing single page error. when i open to show one product page, Page not found come up.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then check back.

    If the issue still occurs then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide the admin panel login details of the website.

    Hello,

    Sorry but you cannot use the canvas layout there you can only use the theme defined layouts.

    You can set the layout from Theme Settings >> General Layout.
