Video does nt play

    Hello! When I put video url from Youtube, it does not appear in my site. I did put url in both sections and product video, but video area appeares empty.
    P.S. I use elementor and also I have tested this issue with all deactivated thirdparty plugins.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Ok, thank’s. Initially, I put video it in Chrome browser and it did not work. But in other browsers it works.

    We tested in the Chrome browser and it works correctly for us. Maybe it was some kind of cache problem.
