payment gateways problems

Hi,
We are just connecting “OpenPay” payment plugins, but something seems to be wrong; credit card payment settings are saved “fine” as they are confirmed at the settings, but once trying to make a payment in sandbox mode it just shows an “unknown error”. In the other hand, if trying to save settings for bank transfer and at POS deposits, it shows an immediate error but it actually allows using them as payment option and let you go all the way with the payment.
We have used this same payment oion in previous projects without any trouble, would you please take a look at the whole thing?.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

Switched to Storefront and got the same error (attached is a screenshot) while trying to use credit card option, and went though while using bank transfer and at store payment.

Just created a “test” site so we can do whatever tests are needed, also changed the main language to english so it will make it easier for you.
Pls. find below all the login info.

It means WoodMart does not influence or cause the problem if you see the same on the Storefront. Please contact the plugin support as we do not have instructions on how to fix that.

Just fixed the problem, it was a mixture of the plug in, siteground and a brief adjustment to the template.
