Reset password button doensn’t work

The reset password button does not work. I can click on it and when I click on it it seems disabled and I can’t do anything with it anymore. Can you help me solve this

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Because the My-account is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

so it looks like a woodmart theme issue.
