Home page banner did not show in full width

    when I visited the home page of shearing.harsle.com
    The banner did not show in full width and it showed this error, please help me to fix it out

    I have tried but the problem still remains and it can show in log-in mode without error.
    But when I visited it in incognito mode, it has error
