    1 – I was notified about 2 errors in (pacher) they are:

    360515
    Fixed: Layout single product description issue.

    359655
    Fixed: Widget layered navigation bug.

    2 – Product categories disappear when I save and exit, some elements are stop to work suddenly (more details in the pic)

    I already tested conflict plugins, cache (host/cloudflare/wp-admin) but the problem persists

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Please, keep all plugins truned off temporarily. Also, switch to the parent theme.

    there are featured products but wcfm has been disabled so there is only one product

    I just noticed that ELEMENTOR PRO is enabled, so I edited the image element and got the same problem; I increase the categories but they disappear

    just work at parent theme, Will there be any conflict?

    Do you mean that this problem appears when the child theme is activated only? In this case, you need to remove all the custom PHP code from your child theme since it may cause this problem.
