[email protected]ParticipantPlease see screenshots. Can’t update the theme. This happened before and I think you had to update it manually. This is going to be a problem so can you tell me why it’s happening and provide a fix so that it can be updated from WordPress.
Thank you,
Aslan

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please check the image you are going to set as a favicon. Something is wrong with the image. I have set another image and it works. Please try to replace the image.
Best Regards

[email protected]ParticipantIt only worked because you were logged in. Please have a look at the attached image that shows the WordPress logo in Chrome’s incognito mode.
Also, the them updating issue still persists.
Thank you

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I have checked the site as logged out user in an incognito window and I see the favicon I have set: https://gyazo.com/520ad3ad9d56470aaf1bf182c08cbec0
Please clear the browser cache.

[email protected]ParticipantThank you but the problem still persisted. Maybe you had to clear cache?
Anyway, for those interested in the solution I found, I uploaded a new favicon.ico file to website files via FTP, cleared cache for Chrome and removed favicon files from Safari.

[email protected]ParticipantHi,
Yes, as explained I replaced the favicon.ico file so now the favicon is working.
Regarding the update, the license is already activated. Please see this video: https://www.loom.com/share/e78a9f3a1d094261b641fe9b51027457
Last time I tried to update the same thing happened and your staff updated it manually but I shouldn’t have to do this every time. What is the reason this is happening?
Thanks

[email protected]ParticipantI have already tried this before and it doesn’t work. There has to be a better solution because it seems like a common problem that hasn’t been resolved.
