Short Description Single Product

Hello,
I’m trying to add some details (text) to a single product before add to cart.
I found the option in theme settings – single product – add to cart options – but that one is globally for all products.
Searching on this forum, I found about Option Presets and I tried it, but I’m not sure if I set it up correctly because it doesn’t work for me.
Can you take a look please and tell me what I’m missing?

You can try using our presets and set it to Post iD and select the product.

I tried to edit and existing preset with that condition, but it doens’t work.

You are using an old version of the theme. Please update the theme and Recommended plugins to the latest version then check back.
