MarkoParticipantHi,
I’m trying to set alternative solutions in cases when I don’t want to show a price on my website.
I made an inquiry form that is connected with a button below the big image on a product page. But now, I have a problem with it, it works on the desktop, but redirects to the home page on tablet and mobile.
I had the same problem with form on my contact and about us page, but you fixed that problem for me.
But, in the end, I don’t know how to solve this by myself.
Please check the links below:2. On those product pages I have a problem with this inquiry button, I can’t put it in the middle of the screen, check it out on desktop and tablet, can you help me how to place it right?
Thank you

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
WoodMart theme as well as any other theme does not influence the Woocommerce functionality. We do not provide customization for Woocommerce, unfortunately.
If you want to hide the prices, you can enable the Catalog mode in the Theme Settings > Shop.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

MarkoParticipantNo. That wasn’t a part of my question. I know that you don’t.
I don’t want to hide all prices, I want to hide some, and I made an inquiry button.
I want to make this option until I find a better solution, this is not customization for Woocommerce, but an alternative.
You didn’t read my question carefully.
I was talking about this popup form that I made that is visible on desktop but doesn’t work on tablets and phones.
As I said,
“I had the same problem with the form on my contact and about us page, but you fixed that problem for me.
But, I don’t know how to solve this by myself.”Please check the links below:

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
It is not possible to hide the price of one product and leave it on another with CSS.
Such modification requires complicated Woocommerce code customization which is not covered by our support.
You will need to search for a plugin or customize Woocommerce.Alternatively, you can insert the price in one product and not insert it into another. You can create an HTML block with the contact form and insert it in the extra block on the product page: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/

MarkoParticipantOk. Again, I have to tell you that I know that. I guess you didn’t read the private content.
I don’t want us to waste each other’s time.As I said, I already made an inquiry contact form, and yes, using HTML block, and I’ve added that form to the button below the work as I said. But that popup inquiry contact form only shows on desktop, not on tablet and phone.
I’m asking you to help me with that, not with dynamic Woocommerce prices.
Check the screenshots and links below:1. Just click on “HERE”, the first attached image, and 1st link below, to see where the same principle works well.
2. 2nd attached image is my Elementor dashboard and the link to the HTML block with “inquiry popup form” connected with this new inquiry button that shows only on desktop.
3. The link to the product page and 3rd attached screenshot show you where to click to locate this error using mobile and tablet.
Thanks

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please check the settings you could hide the element or row on the mobile view. If you cannot find the option. insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area.
Best Regards

MarkoParticipantHi,
Do you mean that if maybe somehow the element or row is hidden on the tablet and the mobile, that could be the reason for not viewing the inquiry popup there?
I’m not quite sure that I understand what you are referring to, can you please send me a screenshot of how and where are these settings? You can see my details below.
ThanksMarch 21, 2022 at 8:09 am #362574
MarkoParticipantAnd I have to ask you this as well,
I’m using dummy content as well as an already made popup contact form but I’m adding my details.
When I send a reply, how to get rid of “<[email protected]>”
that appears in my replies and replace it with mine?
Here is a screenshot:Regards
