There seems to be an issue here. I use your Woodmart Theme with the Demo of “Hardware” on the front page in the middle there is a background image in usage that was default from “Hardware” Which is this image

I have a request to take down. from Someone claiming it is their content.
I have done a image reverse search and find it on another site that i think is using your theme

as you see in their first slider they use this image by the sounds of it.

If you search this image with the google images engine, which webpage will be open? I kindly give you the opportunity to remove this image and it will be fine.
Please create your own content and images, you can not run a shop and use stuff from other content creators.

Can I request that this is indeed your content for our usage under the paid license of the theme?
While this is in question i have no choice but to disable this image for the time being.
