    is it possible to not display in post detail page the featured image?

    Hello,

    Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    .post-single-page.has-post-thumbnail .article-inner>.entry-header {
    display: none;
}
