It seems to be a core WordPress problem not related to our theme. Try to install Classic Widgets plugin to fix this problem for now https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

I’ve created a zip file with the attached screenshots from which you could clearly see the classic widget is installed, and on the widget section you can observe that it’s being used as filter on the shop page as well as single product page and the vary last screen tells you that currently on the live shop page, there are no filters to be seen.

You need to add your widgets to the Shop page widget area, not to the filters area. In this case, they will be shown in the sidebar.

Try to go to WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools and regenerate product lookup tables. It should fix the problem.

I got the widgets sorted. It was a combination of the regenerate and placing the widgets in the shop page widger area and not the main widget area.
