not all products are being displayed in a shop

We’ve setted up a woodmart including all necessary features but despite that the shop website is not showing all products, respectively even by going onto category not all items are displayed even though it’s still possible to find them in a search. I tried as a fix to deactivate all plugins but still the issue remains the same. Is there anyway to fix it? Where can I find responsible file for sorting and displaying products? I included a screenshot of the mentioned issue. Website is temporarily offline but can be setted online for bug fixing.
