    1. My website has 3 languages, Chinese, English, German, the default is English.
    When opening the home page, some icons cannot be displayed:

    Hello,

    Please update WordPress, WoodMart theme (parent theme), and all the plugins. I see you have active 33 plugins, however, when I view the plugins in Dashboard > Plugins, I see part of them. Please update all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins, Dashboard > Plugins.

    Then check the issue.

    As for the translation process, try to disable the editor and translate the pages in a traditional way. You would better contact the WPML support on this issue, as WoodMart does not influence.

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
