Sometimes when someone visits my site, the header appears in that form (on the desktop). I use WP-Rocket as a plugin for caching and optimizing css and js files. If I clear the cache, everything returns to normal. Why is this happening? I would like a solution as soon as possible. Thanks!
Try to disable Mobile DOM optimization (experimental) option in Theme Settings -> Performance -> Mobile optimization. Then clear the cache and test how it works.
