Need help for woocomerce email confirmation order

    Hi there, i need help for email confirmation oder ! I have 2 websites using the same theme ( woodmart ) and the same hosting . http://www.cungu.com and http://www.obucazasve.me . In the first website the email confirmation works without problem but in the second website http://www.obucazasve.me is not send the order confirmation after the clients is making the order ! i have done all the setting as it should have tried many smpt plugin again no help ! Can you please help me to fix this issue . The settings are fine – ( look at the screenshoot ) -> https://snipboard.io/i4ICsN.jpg

    Hello,

    Please check Woocommerce > Settings > Email templates, you need to enter each template and make sure if they all are enabled. In addition, check the sending mails on your site. Do you have contact form 7? Please test the sending mails and if you have any problems, contact your host suppport.

    Hello Elise, everything is working fine i have check the Woocommerce > Settings > Email templates and the emails from contact form 7 are arriving ! I have also use one SMPT plugin just to check for any error nothing found . Regarding the hosting provider i have contact them and they do not have any problem regarding the server . I have another Woocommerce website http://www.cungu.com ( also via woodmart theme ) and still there is no problem ! the settings are the same . Can you please just check for me if you find something that could possible help me to find the issue ?

    This issue seems to be related somehow with the theme settings in Woocommerce there is nothing i can do to fix this issue !

    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
