Favicon not showing properly in SERP

    Hello,
    I have uploaded my favicon in the “customize” area, but the favicon is still not being shown in google SERP (And normally that is an issue. I own 20 websites with favicons and this is the only website, that doesn’t have favicon in SERP).

    I have some questions.
    1. what is this default google product category? Is that for schema markup?: https://imgur.com/a/VvoKiTy
    2. Where can i make sure my product categories have all relevant schema markups? I want google to feature category images in SERP and stuff like that. Just as here: https://imgur.com/a/mA1p4tL

    Also, should i include the CMS / HTML blocks in sitemap? Shouldn’t these be noindexed?

    The default category is uncategorized and it has a special icon to distinguish in case if you have renamed it.
