How to add refund policy to my product pages

Hi,
I set a page for refund policy and returns. Can you tell me, what is the best way and place to add this page in the Woocommerce website, and how to add it?
Should I add this on product pages, and what is the usual placement for this.

You can add a link or popup to the “After Add to cart button” Please follow these steps:
1. You need to create HTML with a popup or link: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/
2. Insert the content you want: link to the page or Popup element with the Policy Wording.
3. Insert the HTML block into the Theme Settings > Single Product > Cart Actions.

These are the screenshots
You can see inside the dashboard of the one that is all messed up (the first three images) and the fourth are those pages checked.
The first checked is (Home — Elementor) this was my home page.
The second is( Homepage — Private, Front Page) that now I’ve set to private, this one has only two revisions (that means that it’s made today, and that is not true, these two switched somehow today, while I was editing, I didn’t noticed that.
I don’t know how to get the Home — Elementor to be a Front page
