Over the years i have been noticed from customers having problems with quick shop option for variable products in product archives. It is always the same, when they click on variant swatch or dropdown nothing happens. I have not considered this as important but after a phone from a customer i now see the problem in a new light 😉
The problem is that customers does not understand that they need to scroll the quick shop window to get down to the add to cart button, and after more checking i have found that customers just leave my shop because they belive it is not working.
I have done a few tests with jQuery to add an autoscroll down to the add to cart button when swatch/dropdown is clicked but with no luck. Also tried to set CSS height in which work but it does not look good as also content is streched to fit with the new height of the quick shop window.
Any idea or help with this problem would be fantastic 😉
