Well I downloaded the updated wordpress installable file. But it just kept failing when I tried to upload to my site.
Also I dont see a notification on the woodmart theme that there is an update available, I found out about the update via Envato.

It looks like you are trying to upload it as a plugin. You need to do this via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.
