    Hi! Regarding My Account page:
    1) Could you please precise how to translate this text in picture attached? I can’t find it using Loco Translate.
    2) And how to disable virtual downloads block?

    Hello,

You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

In order to translate the WooCommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > WooCommerce in the same way as shown in the video.

    Best Regards

    Thank you.

    1) I can’t find this text on the Logo list: From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your billing address and edit your password and account details. Does it mean it can’t be translated?
    2) I have done most of translations and I have this message: WARNING! Found translation files in the theme root folder “woodmart/languages/”. To avoid deleting these files after the update, you must move them to the folder “wp-content/languages/themes/”. If you use Loco Translate, you can move them to that folder in your translations settings.

How to move them to the folder “wp-content/languages/themes/”?

    Hello,

Please check the strings in Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy and Woocommerce > Settings > Advanced.

The video tutorial shows how to save the translation correctly so as not to lose the translation after update.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards
