    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins then check back.

    If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Hi,

    I can’t disable all the third party plugins since the site is live, it will lose all it’s functionalities. is there another solution ?

    Hello,

    Sorry but it is necessary for you to deactivate all the third party plugins.

    If you cannot deactivate on live site then create a staging site and provide the login details.
