Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Storefront brings Bottom Menu -> View ok.
Woodmart not display Bottom Menu.
I have enabled it.
Would Woodmart display Bottom Menu,
on the empty Space would be the Bottom Menu.

The following behavior is not caused by our theme. It is caused by browser interface behavior depending on if the URL bar or the navigation bar is present on the screen at this moment and if it is positioned on top or at the bottom of the screen. Unfortunately, we can’t influence browser interface behavior via WordPress theme.

This issue is not related to the browsers, which you mentioned in your first reply since the visibility of Woodmart mobile bottom bar is equal on all browsers.
To enable the Woodmart mobile bottom navbar, try to disable maintenance mode in Theme Settings (https://prnt.sc/2jEsZCs4kyDk).

The Problem was my staging Site.
Have checked on mobile staging.
I’m happy on main Site Problem away.
