Bug with Plugin Free Gifts

Hello,
i add the addon Free Gifts for WooCommerce to my theme and it doesnt work as it should.
When i add 3 products it should show me the gifts that client can buy it doesnt. If you press refresh cart, it doesnt do it. Only if you press F5.
And then if you change thw quantity to 2 products, it still allows you to take a gift, unless you click f5 again.
Can you please check it?
