    why when I install the any theme demo I get this notification in attach, then if I choose another theme then it completes installation, but on the first time it doesn’t

    Hello,

    You need to increase PHP max execution time limit on your server. The recommended value is 180s. Then you will be able to import the dummy content without any problems. Let us know if it doesn’t help.

    We don’t know exactly why while we don’t have your admin access and can’t check ourselves. Maybe the timeout is still low or some PHP error.

    1) but this issue happend to most of users, so you have to know what the main cause ,
    for the timeout, should i increase more than 180s

    2) after i install with the second try a lot if issues happen such as the categories menu not have all in the demo, and every refresh ask for save even if i save

    There was a timeout problem after installation and that is why we have to run the import process twice. You just need to delete unnecessary categories from the menu or create a new one instead.

    1) What a solution for that, should I increase the time by more than 180s

    1. You need to increase the value to 180s but it looks like there is some other timeout limit on your server. We recommend you ask your hosting provider for help on this matter.

    2. Please, send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong.

    for option 2 you have idea about this issue, as a lot have the same,
    this when you save the menu page and want to make refresh or move to another section, it asks you to save,
    and still, make the same thing every time

    Hi,
    I have already installed the theme demo twice,
    but now I found a new update for woodmart theme that fixed this issue,

    should I have to reinstall the woodmart theme again to get one time installed instead of twice,

    because I don’t know if there are any errors or bugs happened from twice installing,

    or no need !!!

    Yes, please, try to install the latest version 6.4.2, and run the dummy content import. It should work well from the first time.
