Infinite scrolling not working

Infinite scrolling not working. I have turned this on in the theme setting but the product list page shows “Load More” button….why? Screen shots attached showing the infinite scrolling is on and shows the Load More button….

I had deleted the products so of course you woudl not be able to see the issue.
Please login back in as the issue is pretty clear. The infinite scrolling does not work. When you first go to the bottom of a page it will say “Load More Products”, Then it jumps to the top like its going to the next page and then the infinite scrolling of of works
I have noticed the issue is happening on a mobile device
