Error importing demo data

Hi! I just bought woodmart and installed it on my wordpress site and trying to import the demo data but it shows Ajax import error. There are no additional plugins, it’s a fresh wordpress installation. Can anyone help?

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor (Elementor Pro should be deactivated)
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
switch to the parent theme if you use the child
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I just switched to the parent theme and only these plugins are installed but I’m still seeing the error

can you please tell me what went wrong when I was trying to do it? so that I could fix things on my own the next time.
Also, this is a staging environment and I’ll be moving this site to my main domain once it’s done… when I do it, there won’t be any licensing issues with the theme right?
Commenting on this post because I too am using my current site as a staging environment and will be transferring domains once completed.
Curious to hear the response about licensing and if it will cause any issues.
It was a timeout problem on the server. We will fix this error in our next theme update very soon.
Sure, you can use the theme on your staging environment and then move to the live website without any license issues.
