write a review and upload image shows 404 error

    When we write a review and uploads an image it will displays an 404 page error

    Hello,

    We tested this with a few other images and it works correctly. Also, we tried to optimize your image and it was also uploaded without problems. It looks like there is some security system on your server that block some type of images from being uploaded on the frontend.

    if there is server issue , then it displays this image is not valid or some other conditions , but it is redirected to 404 page ?

    It redirects to the 404 page by the server because it identifies this request as insecure.

    there is a eal issue with that image upload with review .
    I have tried to upload many images same results , sometimes upploaded and sometimes not.

    Dimension doesn’t matter in this case. Try to contact your hosting provider and ask them to check this function to see if they are blocked by the server or not.

    Server replied :

    The issue seems to be image specific. However, we tried to upload our test image, it was uploaded without any trouble.

    Kindly check with the image or replace it with a different image with less pixel size and you will be able to import it.

    We checked everything but didn’t find any problems with the theme code. It works with other images uploaded for the test. And your photo can be uploaded on our test environment. But there is something on your server that blocks this request with your photo. Maybe there is some security mechanism. Try to consult with your hosting provider for help on this matter.

    We also tried to install 3rd party plugin with the same functionality and it doesn’t work there too https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-photo-reviews/
    So it is not something caused by our theme because even with a default theme and this plugin it doesn’t work.
