Promo slide not working

    Hi,

    I creater a promo banner slide for my mobile version and set it to go automatically, but it is static on mobile and requires manual swiping. When I check the mobile view on the desktop it works (using the wordpress customize option)

    Why is this happening?

    Hello,

    Please disable the option to disable “Disable OWL Carousel script on mobile devices” from Theme Settings >> Performance >> JS.
