Istagram widget – not connected alert

not a bug, just feedback.

Reguarding the Instagram Widget and API integration, it would be nicer if no alert is shown whenever Instagram gets disconnected for whatever reason.
And alert shwon only if user is admin.

At the moment it shows a huge blue banner showing the accoun API has been disconnected even in incognito mode (and user logout).
