AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.

I tried many ways, to provide a solution unless ajax is not performing errors and bugs.

I purchased it today and started facing issues, I see many facing the same issues, and I hope the team will solve it.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the timeout limit to 180s. Currently it can’t be imported because of the error https://gyazo.com/fd2a2a271e3285f09acef265a3b09281

I think it is done, but I see some issues in the Header i think something double installed. can you check

We don’t see any problem with the header on your website. Could you please send us a screenshot so we can better understand what is wrong there?

You can customize it via Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Header builder -> edit your current header.
