I can’t apply the RTL theme

I activated the RTL theme in the dummy content, but it’s not affect my theme

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please set any RTL language in the Dashboard > Settings > General and the theme would switch to RTL. If it does not work, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

I have a couple of questions?
– Why i should use the WordPress dashboard in the same RTL language I want to appear on the website? I want to use the dashboard in English but the website is in the Arabic language.
– When I change the WordPress dashboard to the RTL language, the website gets affected with the RTL but only in the admin mode, but for the user preview still in English. (screenshots attached)
– I downloaded the Arabic language translation and uploaded it to my database, but I didn’t affect the website, and it’s still in English.

The RTL nature assumes the necessity to set an RTL language. You can search for a plugin allowing to keep English Dashboard and RTL front-end.
