Phone menu bar suddenly closes

    Hello,
    1- I have a problem when viewing the phone menu on my mobile it suddenly disappears, when I type in the search menu, the bar disappears and I cannot write
    2-Sellers market store, does not sync information, especially in commissions, seller can not submit manual withdrawal request due to his sales showing 0, I tried to disable the cache plugin but to no avail

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Phone menu issue shutting down when typing in search box. Found in the forum a common problem many suffer from. One of them solved it and followed the same solution and the problem disappeared. Not only that, but the problem affects many characteristics. The solution is from the theme settings, then performance, and disable all js options even css. I request the developer to get rid of it, the site speed reached A after disabling it. I am attaching a screenshot of the site’s speed even though my site is large and has more than 32 plugins, rather than distracting us.

    Problem #2 has not been resolved.
