Product Categories not visible in Appearance – Menus

To whom it may concern,
We have created another user for our client and set it to Administrator.
Now the client wants to go to Appearance – Menus and add some Product Categories in the main menu but unfortunately with his account he is unable to see Product Categories in the list (please see screenshot attached).
You have both login details (our Admin details and his login details) in the private area, please let us know what can be done.

Please go to Appearance >> Menus >> Click the Screen Options button at the top right corner of the screen >> then enable the Product Categories menu option then you will see the Product categories option for Menu items: https://ibb.co/b3t9BWH
