    Dear Support,

    I have again the problem with the Cart Pop up – The Design changed and it is looking like there is something wrong. (see Screenshot enclosed)

    I hope you can help me with that. πŸ™‚

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme so we can check it?

    Do you know if I disable all plugins are all the settings still there when I enable them after?

    Yes, all configurations shouldn’t be lost but we can’t guarantee this because we don’t know what plugins you use. Usually, it doesn’t cause any problems.

    So I did a backup – and deaktivated all the plugins which were not related to your theme. Can you please check the problem?

    The widget now looks correct. Try adding something to the cart and check it from your side.
    Now you need to enable all plugins one by one and check which one causes this problem. Note that you need to update the cart every time you activate/deactivate any plugins.

    okay great. What do you mean with updating the cart?

    sometimes it is showing the cart right, sometimes it is shown a blank cart popup. Do you know why this is happening?

    Hello Support,

    I am facing the same problem again. I deactivated all Plugins and activated them one by one. It is still showing up like on the screenshot enclosed. Can you help me with that again?

    You need to install the Transients manager plugin and remove the rocket_get_refreshed_fragments_cache transient there. Then add and remove something from cart and test how it works.

    thank you very much. that was working. Do you know how this problem is happening? What can I do to prevent it ?

    We don’t know what it was caused by. Maybe it was modified by some of the installed plugins and the WP Rocket keeps its structure in the cache.
